Compliance commitments
- No circumvention. We represent products originating solely from the principal's own plants; we do not advise on or facilitate trans-shipment or origin changes to avoid trade-defence measures.
- No customs or tax advice. Classification, duty and VAT decisions rest with the importer and its licensed customs representative.
- Sanctions. We screen counterparties against EU, US and UK sanctions lists and do not work with Belarus or Russia.
- Anti-corruption. No payments or gifts to influence procurement decisions (FCPA, CFPOA, UK Bribery Act, Polish law).
- Data protection. Business contact data only, processed under GDPR; unsubscribe at any time.
- Transparency. Commission is paid by the producer and disclosed to the buyer on request.
